2. We will send you a contract to sign. You only have to sign one, regardless of how many rotations you are doing. Please check your email for this, sign it, and submit it.
3. Please allow 2 business days for us to process your information and send further information regarding your rotation.

We will email you the payment instructions for the full rotation fee.
If the physician collects payment directly, we will connect you with the physician team via email at this point. You will work with them on the next steps, payment, etc.
If Sarthi collects the full rotation fee, we will send an email with payment instructions, a payment link, and a deadline to pay.​
I need to pay in smaller installments. How can I do that?
For some rotations, we can provide you with installment options, but for some rotations, you need to pay in full. Also, we need the full fees for the rotation 40 days before the start date.

When is my full payment due?
Your full rotation payment is due 40 days before the start date. Spots are booked on 1 first-come basis if the student pays the full fee, then only one spot is booked for a particular month
Can you help me make a change to my Visa letter?
Yes, we can change the start date and location of the visa letter. The first change of a visa letter is free of cost. You need to pay $50 for each change after the first change.

Can I see a sample acceptance or visa letter?
This is a legal document, so we can not share or give a sample of the letter. However, we can share with you some of the text of the letter.

Can you share the Rotation address so I can look up housing?
After paying the rotation fee, we can share your full address of rotation address. OR We will connect you to the physician team directly, then you can book housing.
Can you connect me with other students who will be rotating with me so I can find housing?
Due to the privacy policy, we can not share any personal details of our students with anyone. Although we have a rotation telegram group in which our registered students can discuss with each other about housing and other experiences. You can join the group after paying the application fees.

How to get HIPAA?
First, check with your physician. They may have a specific HIPAA course or form for you to fill out. If they do not, here are some suggestions you can check. It is a simple online training, should cost around $30-$40

What is the dress code?
Based on the rotation, it is mentioned on our website under the description.
(For Example: wear a professional dress, Business casual with a Lab coat/Scrubs with a Lab coat)
When and where do I report?
Once we receive the full rotation fee, we will connect you to the physician through email. In that email, it will be mentioned where to report and when. If it is not mentioned in the email, then the physician team will confirm where and when to report.
Can I do this rotation at the same time as (another rotation or exam prep, or research)?
If the schedule does not conflict, you can do both at the same time. ​
Can you ask the physician if I can get flexible/customized hours?
Yes, we can ask the physician for flexible/customized hours.
Can I get flexible dates, such as 2 weeks on, then 1 week off, then come back to finish the 2 weeks?
It is up to the physician if he/ she agree, then you can do it. We can help you connect with the physician.
How should I ask for an LOR?
We recommend asking your physician to upload the letter to your ERAS account. You will have the opportunity to earn a letter of recommendation from your precepting physician upon completion of your clinical experience.
What is the name of my physician? What is their title/affiliation?
Once you register with us, we can give you the physician's name. The hospital affiliation as already mentioned on our website.
When should I pay the physician directly for rotation?
If the physician is taking the payment directly, then after we connect you to the physician, you have to pay them directly. You can pay on your first day of rotation, or the physician can ask you prior to the start of rotation.
