How Flexi supports you over 3 years

Phase 1 – Foundations (Months 0–3)

• After you enroll, you get access to the foundational classes on timelines, profile building, and costs.
• As you complete these core videos and submit your basic profile form, additional classes begin to unlock.
• After your initial engagement period, you earn your 1:1 session with Dr. Waly and your one month of MasterPath access.
• You will also have your first monthly meeting at the end of first month

Phase 2: Build & Execute (Months 3–12+)

• You continue working through tracks on USCE, research, specialties, and networking.
• You use the Q&A sessions, 1:1 meeting with Chief Mentor, Telegram group, to implement your Match plan.
• As you pay into Flexi (up to a maximum of $699), those payments become credit that reduces what you pay later for a full Match Plan.

Phase 3: Apply & Match (Year 2/3)

• When you get closer to your ERAS application year, your options expand.
• If you are still a year or more away, you can stay on a low‑cost continuity option to keep your video access and updates ($50 per year)
• When you enter your match year, you can upgrade to a Bronze, Gold, or Platinum Match Plan. Your Flexi payments (up to $699) act as credit, so you only pay the difference.
