What happens after the student enrolls for a residency program ? How will this program operate?

Once a student enrolls in our 13-week course, they will have access to 2 hours of video content and 1 hour of physical engagement with the faculty every weekend. Each week, the course will cover every aspect of research, and it is expected that the students will watch and comprehend the videos thoroughly. They should also prepare any questions they have for the faculty before they meet.

Our Distinguished faculty will also guide and have hold them to write journal articles for publication.

What will be the role of your organization and students respectively ?

The organization offers a variety of services including teaching, experimental research methodology, biostatistics, and assistance with writing manuscripts and omproving communication. The organization also helps students submit their work to different journals until it gets accepted for publication.

Students are required to attend all teaching sessions and pass the exam at the end of the 12-week course with a minimum score of 80%. Each student has two attempts to pass the exam.

Starting from improving the medical graduate writing, to submitting in journals the consortium does everything.

What are some types of Publication our organization offers ?

We offer two types of publication opportunities. First, students can participate in ongoing research programs at our institute. Based on their contribution and dedication, their name will be included in the paper. Second, students can suggest and select a research topic of their interest, and we will assist them in conducting research on that topic.

However, please note that if the chosen topic is not a part of our ongoing research program, the student needs to sign up for our year-long program. The research process takes at least one year, and the publication will be released as an abstract or in an academic journal.

Upon enrollment, students embark on a 12-week journey of immersive learning, combining recorded lectures with interactive live sessions. These sessions, conducted weekly, provide opportunities for students to engage with faculty, ask questions, and deepen their understanding of the research process.

Guidance in selecting research topics is provided, with options ranging from ongoing projects to individual interests. Students are supported at every stage, from literature review to manuscript preparation, with faculty assistance readily available.
Sarthi, the course coordinator, oversees the learning process, ensuring students grasp research methodology and techniques effectively.

At the end of the program, participants receive a certificate recognizing their training in research methodology, biostatistics, and medical writing, along with evidence of conducting research. Additionally, Letters of Recommendation are available upon request for those pursuing further opportunities. Opportunities for publication, including conference abstracts and manuscripts, are available based on individual dedication and contribution to the research projects.

Students will get passive learning experiences. The course includes interactive classes, with 1 hour each week dedicated to face-to-face time on weekends with the faculty. We will help them decide on the topic. We have many ongoing research projects, and we will add their names to those and make them work on them so that they can get quicker publication. If a particular person or group has a specific choice, we will help them write on that topic. 

How it will work?
We are here to guide you every step of the way. From helping them decide on a topic to providing detailed information on research methods to assisting in searching for journal papers and starting their manuscript writing, we've got them covered.

What will the IMGs get at the end of 3 months?

Is this a group project?
Yes, we can have up to 100 students in each group.

No, it will be decided individually based on students' dedication. We will get those who are dedicated and hardworking to publish both. It is also important to point out that our research and training have a lot of importance, and PDs ask what they did.
