Refunds Policy

​

1. Any Credit/Debit card administration fees are non-refundable and will be charged to the student.
2. Visa Letter Fees are non-refundable, even if Visa is denied. Refund is only possible if we are unable to provide the letter.
3. Visa Letter Deposit is only refundable after confirming the student has started the rotation. Please refer to the below policy.
4. Rotation Application fees are non-refundable, unless we are not able to provide the rotation. You may be able to use this application fee for another rotation if there is availability.
5. Full Rotation fees paid to Sarthi will follow the below refund policy. (see below scenarios)
   1. For full Rotation fees paid directly to the physician, we will honor the physician team’s payment and refund policies.
6. Housing Application fees are non-refundable, unless the landlord is unable to provide the housing.
7. Research fees are non-refundable, unless we are unable to provide the course. If the student is unable to attend, they can postpone to a later month.

Full Rotation Fee Refund Policy:

1. If the student did NOT get a Visa letter and cancels the rotation:
   1. At least 60 days prior to the start date, we will issue a refund of the rotation fee minus $200 or 10% of fee (whichever is lesser).
   2. At least 30 days prior to the start date, we will issue a refund of the rotation fee minus $300 or 20% of fee (whichever is lesser).
   3. At least 14 days prior to the start date, we will issue a refund of the rotation fee minus $450 or 30% of fee (whichever is lesser).
   4. At least 7 days prior to the start date, we will issue a refund of 50% of rotation fee.
   5. Within 7 days of the start date, we will issue a refund of 25% of the rotation fee.
   6. No refunds after start date of the rotation.
2. In the case of Visa letter issuance from our team, our lawyer, or our physicians:
   1. In the case of Visa denial, we recommend using the fee toward telerotation or any other Sarthi service. If refund is requested instead, we will issue a refund of the full rotation fee (minus administrative fees) as long as we have proof of denial BEFORE the start date of rotation.
      1. We cannot refund the $200 deposit. You may use this fee toward a telerotation or other Sarthi service. The $200 deposit fee will only be refunded or adjusted once rotation has started.
   2. In the case of Visa acceptance, we cannot refund the fees. You will be expected to continue with your rotation as indicated, otherwise, this will trigger a potential Visa violation. We can move you to another rotation if needed. The $200 deposit fee will only be refunded once rotation has started.

Please note that filling the form does not guarantee refund will be granted. We will review your case and get back to you within 5 business days on the status on your refund. Requests approved on or before 15th of the month will be processed by end of the same month. Requests approved after the 15th will be processed end of next month.​
