Residency Application and subsequent Interview process is the time when the rubber meets the road. You have spent golden years of your life on your USMLE Step Exams, Electives and experiences- you are finally getting ready to apply. Congratulations! This means you are one step closer to your dream Residency.

However, you may be aware that programs typically invite 8-12 applicants for each position to interview. So the probability of any applicant making the Rank List for that Program is around 10% or less. Obviously you need to spend time and effort to prepare and position yourself favorably to the programs. Many IMGs lose the chance to match because of poor application, personal statement or interview performance.

Bottom line: Don't wing it!

A closed Whatsapp group moderated by our panel: We run a closed Whatsapp/Telegram group and all students are part of the group. You can read more about it by clicking here.

ERAS CV and Personal Statement review: Every ERAS CV and Personal Statement is reviewed by both a physician and the journalist team, if you are in Platinum, Gold or Bronze plan. To read the detailed process click here.

Program lists: All students will have access to the list of programs to apply to, for most specialties. To know about our Sarthi LIst of programs, click here.

1:1 guidance: All students are encouraged to set up regular 1:1 meetings with Chief Mentor (Pawan). You can set up as many meetings as you need. Ofcourse Platinum students have a dedicated physician mentors whom they meet with every month. To know more about the mentorship and 1:1 guidance click here.

Rank order list support: All students will be given guidance on their rank order lists individually. To know more about the ROL tool click here.

Common core classes: Some classes, which form the basis of your application, personal statement and interview preparation are common to all students. Click here to read about the classes.

All students covered by 'Sarthi Match Guarantee'-In other words, you are our student till you Match, even if it take more than one season for you to Match. You will continue to have access to our resources, without additional payment. These include access to all classes per your plan, membership of our closed groups, access to list of programs, interview experiences & 1:1 session with the Chief Mentor (Pawan).
