What is SOAP?
The Supplemental Offer and Acceptance Program® (SOAP®) occurs post-Match and provides a chance for eligible residency candidates who did not secure a match or only partially matched in the Main Residency Match® to apply to programs with available positions. Taking place from Monday through Thursday of Match Week, the Post-Match SOAP® can be intricate, particularly for candidates experiencing it for the first time.
Who is the plan for?
Any student who has received little to no interviews for the Match 2024 Season and is planning to appear for SOAP
What is the difference between the 2 SOAP plans?
The only difference is that SOAP Guidnace Plan Plus includes recorded interview prep classes that you can watch on your own. Both include a mentor session, PS/CV review, 1 mock interview, and the option to add on rotations.
Can I purchase the features separately (such as just 1 mock)?

What is the turnaround time for PS review?
After you submit your PS for review, the physician will get it back to you in 4 business days.
I thought I couldn’t update my profile during SOAP? What can I change?
During the SOAP application, there are a few things you can change/update:
