  • To apply for a visa letter choose your rotation and pay the application fee - Click here 
  • ​As we have 3 categories of Visa letter, To check the pricing and other details Click here 
  • Fill the Form for all Visa Invitation or Acceptance Letters. Fill the form here
  • ​After we receive the above, you will also receive a separate email from MedSarthi to sign a Letter of Purpose for your Visa Invitation Letter.
  • Once all the steps have been completed, please allow 5 business days for us to issue a Visa letter 
  • Please note, changes to the letter will incur additional fees. Please be as accurate as possible on the form.
