Marketing Manager

Job description:

About the Role:
USMLE Sarthi is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to elevate our brand as the go-to resource for USMLE guidance and support. This role is perfect for a savvy digital marketer who is passionate about helping Indian medical graduates achieve their US residency dreams. As Marketing Manager, you’ll own our digital presence, design compelling campaigns tailored to USMLE aspirants, and ensure we reach and inspire the next generation of future doctors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, manage, and execute creative marketing campaigns across platforms popular with medical students: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Telegram, WhatsApp, and Reddit—with messages and content designed for USMLE exam takers.
  • Develop educational, trust-building content that showcases USMLE Sarthi’s expertise, results, and unique approach.
  • Execute SEO strategies to maximize USMLE-related search visibility and organic reach.
  • Design engaging visuals and infographics using Canva or other tools. addressing USMLE tips, pathways, and student stories.
  • Manage updates and new content for our website, with a focus on resources for USMLE candidates.
  • Run and optimize Meta, YouTube, and Google Ads targeted at the USMLE/medical audience.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance; extract insights to improve engagement and lead generation from the medical community.
  • Conduct competitor analysis—monitoring other USMLE prep brands and edtech platforms for effective tactics or trends.
  • Stay updated on trending topics, exam changes, and student conversations in the USMLE domain to keep our brand relevant and responsive.
  • Coordinate with counselling, academic, and business teams to align marketing messaging for programs, webinars, and outreach initiatives.

Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably for education, test prep, or medical-focused brands.
  • Proficiency with SEO, Canva, Weebly, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Deep understanding of what motivates and concerns USMLE candidates (or strong interest in quickly learning this space).
  • Strong campaign management, data analysis, and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to translate medical/educational content into engaging visuals and digital campaigns.
  • Experience working independently and as part of a remote, cross-functional team.
