Position Overview
We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager for our marketing initiatives, to provide support services for international medical graduates who are seeking medical residency positions (as part of USMLE) in the United States. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, adept at managing various social media platforms, producing compelling content, and driving lead generation. This role requires a passion for education and the ability to connect with diverse audiences across multiple channels and multiple countries.

The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities.

Social Media Strategy

• Conceptualize and execute engaging social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engage with our target audience.
• Manage day-to-day operations across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and WhatsApp.

Content Creation

• Adapt and tailor content to suit the unique characteristics of each platform and cater to diverse audiences.
• Create visuals and graphics in line with brand guidelines.
• Utilize video editing skills to produce reels and engaging video content.

Content Marketing

• Develop and write informative and engaging blog posts related to the education and admissions industry.
• Lead Generation.
• Gather and analyze data and insights to identify opportunities to increase lead generation.
• Collaborate with the team to create and implement strategies for generating qualified leads.

Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to present marketing ideas and deliverables.
• Effectively communicate marketing programs and strategies to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills
Required skills and qualifications.

• Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2C marketing
• Hands-on experience in Paid Marketing Campaigns for different social media platforms.

Preferred skill and qualifications

• Masters or PG in business or technical fields
• Experience of working for a USA based or UK based company
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Work Environment
100% work from home. Work hours may include evenings, weekends and holiday coverage.

Pay Range: From ₹25,000.00 to ₹80,000.00 depending on experience and qualifications
