Picture
ERAS Checklist
Congratulations, so it’s finally time to submit the ERAS application. Here are the step-by-step instructions to make sure your ERAS application is complete and ready to be submitted

Note that your application must be certified and submitted to apply to programs. Once you have submitted your MyERAS application, you cannot make any changes or updates outside of the information provided under the Personal Information section.

Documents you want to verify and check prior to pressing the Submit button.
  1. All letters of recommendations (LORs) have been uploaded and are applied to the program specified.
  2. If you have different personal statements for different specialties be careful. Recheck and verify prior to submitting.
  3. MSPE is Submitted to all programs.
  4. Photograph is submitted to all programs.
  5. Review each program again prior to applying to make sure each program has been assigned the specified documents.
Tip#1: Use the Assignments Report to ensure that training selections and document assignments for programs you have saved and applied to meet the programs’ application requirements.

Tip#2: keep an active US phone number. Programs are known to call at times to offer an interview

You may be able to submit your application prior to the October 21, but remember the program can only begin to download the application on Oct 21 and  once submitted it cannot be changed besides your personal information section.
