Match plans

To get started, please do the following
  1. Check your email for all onboarding instructions from Thulasi / Swetha
  2. If you have any issues or queries, contact Thulasi at thulasi@usmlesarthi.com or DM on WhatsApp at +919306193724

Rotations

To get started, please do the following.
1. Check availability for rotations here.

2.  Pay the application fee for each rotation you want to do by following the steps below:
- Find the rotations from here, then click on check availability. A calendar will open below, then choose the preferred date and proceed with the payment of the application fee. You will receive an email for further instructions.
- Please log in To Your Dashboard Here, complete your profile, and you can also ask queries to our team using this dashboard.
*Please note that your data is linked to an email. If you paid with a different email, please send us an email to [email protected] stating your email with which you paid and your actual name/email. We will send the contract within the next 24 hours and proceed further.

​3. This contract will come from MedSarthi, LLC via Adobe. You may have to check junk/spam. If you cannot find the contract, try searching the following phrase in your email: Adobe Acrobat Sign on behalf of MedSarthi LLC

4. Next, you will have to pay the complete rotation fee in order to get connected with the physician.
(Note: if already paid then you will be connected with the physician within next 24-48hours).
If the physician collects payment directly, we will connect you with the physician team via email after signing the contract only. You will work with them on next steps, payment, etc.

6. We Provide visa letter in 3 categories
  • US lawyer letterhead - $225 for Visa letter, plus $200 deposit only refundable after starting the rotation. Pay here 
  • Sarthi Letterhead - $150 for Visa letter, plus $200 deposit only refundable after starting the rotation. Pay here 
  • Physician/Hospital Letterhead - Price may vary. Every physician does not provide the visa letter, to check who provides click here 

7. Every student will have a 1-on-1 meeting with our Chief Mentor, Pawan Khera, to review their profile and start building a personalized strategy for the season.

9. Rotation/Research Strategy Meeting with VP of Student Success
Each student will also meet 1-on-1 with Shayla Neibaur, our VP of Student Success, to review their profile and discuss their Rotation/Research strategy for the season. Book your Slot here.

Research Innovative Residency Research (IRR)

1. Check for upcoming start dates and topics: Click here 
2. Pay the fee here: https://www.usmlesarthi.com/enroll-in-irr.html
3. Please allow up to 2 business days to process payment. Once we receive payment, we will send your contact details to the IRR research team, MDResearch. They will send all onboarding instructions via email. Don’t forget to check junk/spam.
4. The IRR team will schedule an orientation call with you.

Research Concept to Publication (C2P)

  3. Please allow up to 2 business days to process payment. Once we receive payment, we will send an onboarding email with instructions. Don’t forget to check junk/spam.
  4. Follow the instructions in the email to join:

  5. All timings, links, and updates will be posted in the applicable WhatsApp group
  6. All class recordings will be uploaded to the applicable Google Classroom.

Research- CIBNP Research Program

  • Students can choose or suggest a research topic, with the preceptor's help in selecting a strong and relevant one.
  • Weekly one-hour meetings with the preceptor cover basics, next steps, queries, and guidance.
