Operations Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Operations Manager to lead our operations Division. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless and enriching experience for our students while managing critical relationships with our physician partners. You will oversee a team of 3 to 5 members and drive various operational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:
  • Lead and manage a team of 3 to 5 operations staff members.
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure team effectiveness and professional growth.

Comprehensive Student Support:
  • Oversee the onboarding process for enrolled students, ensuring all forms, fees, and documentation are complete.
  • Facilitate connections between students and physician partners as needed.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from students at the end of their rotation or research experience to continually improve our services.

Issue Resolution:
  • Actively listen to and address student issues and concerns.
  • Diagnose problems and provide effective solutions, which may involve coordinating with physician partners, resolving billing discrepancies, and facilitating refunds or alternative solutions.

Manage Communication Channels:
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of student queries across various communication channels, including email, phone calls, WhatsApp, and Telegram.
Relationship Management with Physician Partners:
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with our physician partners, ensuring a smooth and collaborative experience for both students and partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for physician partners, addressing any issues and fostering strong, long-term partnerships.

Data Analysis:
  • Lead data analysis initiatives for the Operations Division, tracking and analyzing data for over 3000 enrolled students.
  • Utilize insights from data to drive improvements and inform decision-making processes.

Process Improvement:
  • Lead process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing both student and physician partner experiences.
  • Identify areas for improvement, develop strategies, and implement solutions to streamline operations and increase efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the education or healthcare sectors.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficient in data analysis and using insights to drive improvements.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred skill and qualifications
  • Masters or PG in business (MBA) or technical fields
  • Experience of working for a USA based or UK based company
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

​Work Environment
100% work from home. Work hours may include evenings, weekends and holiday coverage.
