Cost: $2000 for three months, $500/month if extended beyond 3 months

Description: This particular opportunity is for direct hands-on experience. This is a unique opportunity for Doctors introducing skills and experiences necessary to succeed in the challenging health care environment of tomorrow. This is a program that is designed to prepare medical doctors for US Residency by providing the opportunity to have hands on experience up to six months.  The Practice will introduce those selected to accompany our physicians, and/or residents, on their rounds. A full introduction to the ever-expanding elder care will include exposure to additional learning experiences in innovative procedures and practices in Assisted Living Facilities. Provide clinical care and documentation of patients. The student participates in scheduled weekly staff meetings for round table discussions.  Position is for  a minimum of (3) three months, preferably (6) six months in length.  At the end of the term, student will receive a well-crafted professional letter of recommendation for their residency.

Benefits​: In addition to a unique clinical experience combined with a look at fulfilling medical residency, the Clinic will provide transportation to and from the experience and a well-crafted reference letter for the Residency application. While designed as a six-month program, duration can vary and benefits are prorated accordingly.
