All plans plans include live online classes taught by our faculty. These classes instill all the knowledge and experience of our faculty and are core part of the plans. ERAS PS CV class - Curriculum
This class will focus specifically on building a top notch ERAS application and a stellar Personal Statement that will help you stand out. This is common to all plans (Platinum, Gold and Bronze) and covers the following topics

Advanced IV Prep- Behavioral questions class- curriculum
After Basics of Residency Interviews class, our advanced classes (behavioral and medical questions classes( teach in detail the most commonly asked questions in the interviews. The Basics class gives you the tools and frameworks but in these classes each question is analyzed in detail. These classes includes both behavioral and medical questions and is spread over multiple weekends so that students have more than enough time to frame their responses.
These classes are included in the Platinum plan only and upgrade options are available for Diamond plan students

​How to fill the ERAS form to maximize IMG interviews
​In this class, Dr. Ashley Sobel, an AMG, will review each component of the ERAS CV and guide you with specifics on the how to write each section so that you have an impactful CV. She gives you valuable tips and guidance on the work experience, hobbies, volunteer activities, research and every minor aspect of the ERAS CV, which will help you impress the programs and increase your chances of the interview.
In this class we bring you our collective experience of over 700 IMG CVs that our team has evaluated, edited and improved over the past several years. If you follow these tips and advice from this class, you will be on your way to create a very impactful ERAS CV.
Cultural Competency and Effective Communication for IMGs
​What is one of the most important factors that can make or break your career? As an International Medical Graduate (IMG), have you had challenges in communicating with attendings or fellow physicians during rotations or during interviews? Do you have questions on how to write effective emails? Are you at loss of words while requesting a letter or recommendation or an interview?
 
Effective communication is one of the most important skills that you need to succeed in the USMLE residency journey and beyond. These are things that no one teaches but can really make or break your career. Based on the survey of Program Directors carried out by NRMP, your communication and interpersonal skills are one of the most important components  the interview performance.
 
So why take a chance? You can identify and improve your communication skills.  We understand the challenges that IMGs face in navigating a new environment and healthcare system as we have guided more than 700 IMGs through this process.
We have designed an interactive course addressing the specific issues that IMGs face in their rotations and in the interview process. The course also focuses on effective communication with patients.
