Position Overview: We are seeking a strategic and innovative Manager of Business Strategy and Business Development. This role is crucial in expanding our partnerships, developing new business channels, and designing impactful programs. You will play a key role in driving growth and operationalizing strategic initiatives across various regions.
Key Responsibilities:

Expanding Partnerships:

• Manage and enhance relationships with major global brands in the USMLE domain.
• Oversee all aspects of partnership management, including negotiations, performance tracking, and ensuring mutual growth.

Developing B2B Channels:

• Lead the strategy and execution for developing our B2B partnerships.
• Identify potential B2B partners, create proposals, and negotiate agreements to establish and grow this channel.

Designing and Operationalizing the Campus Ambassador Program:

• Develop and implement the campus ambassador program, starting in India and expanding to Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
• Engage actively with MBBS students in medical schools to promote our services and recruit ambassadors.

Conceptualizing and Executing New Programs:

• Identify and conceptualize new programs targeting medical students.
• Collaborate with faculty to design and execute all aspects of these programs, ensuring they meet the needs and expectations of our students.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

• Develop comprehensive business strategies that align with the company’s goals and vision.
• Execute strategic initiatives, monitor progress, and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.

Market Analysis and Insights:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
• Use insights to inform strategic decisions and identify areas for growth and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in business strategy, business development, or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with international markets, particularly in US, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is a plus.

Preferred skill and qualifications

• Masters or PG in business (MBA) or technical fields
• Experience of working for a USA based or UK based company
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

100% work from home. Work hours may include evenings, weekends and holiday coverage.

Pay Range: From ₹35,000.00 to ₹80,000.00 depending on experience and qualifications
