Student Support Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced team member to provide support services for international medical graduates who are seeking medical residency positions (as part of USMLE) in the United States.

The selected candidate will be responsible for
Student Customer Interaction: Interact with students/customers via various channels such as phone, email, live chat, or social media. Address their questions, concerns, and feedback in a professional and friendly manner.

Issue Resolution: Listen actively to student customer issues and concerns, diagnose problems, and provide effective solutions. This may involve troubleshooting website or, resolving payment issues, and facilitating refunds or offering alternatives.

Information Provision: Educate students e customers about Sarthi products, services, features, and benefits. Offer personalized recommendations based on student needs of externships/electives, research or Match aspects of USMLE customer needs and preferences.

Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions, details of issues, and resolutions in the company's student information systemcustomer relationship management (CRM) system.

Conflict Resolution: Handle student customer complaints and conflicts in a calm and empathetic manner. Work towards finding solutions that satisfy both the customer and the company's policies.

Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to introduce studentcustomers to additional Sarthi products or services that align with their needs and interests.

Policy Knowledge: Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product/service offerings to provide accurate and consistent information to customers.

Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers and communicate it to relevant departments within the company to contribute to improvements in products, services, and customer experience.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Metrics and Reporting: Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction scores, and call quality standards. Provide regular reports on customer inquiries and resolutions.


Qualifications and Skills
Required skills and qualifications.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 years of work experience in customer facing role
Preferred skill and qualifications
  • Masters or PG in business or technical fields
  • Experience of working for a USA based or UK based company
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

​Work Environment
100% work from home. Work hours may include evenings, weekends and holiday coverage.
